Hunting is our passion
For generations, our family has been deeply rooted in hunting and agriculture. With over 100 years of hunting tradition and more than 35 years of international hunting experience, Hunt & Travel was born.
What began as a shared passion has grown into a family-run company that, together with a dedicated team of more than ten professionals, creates exclusive hunting experiences across the globe.
Where it all began
Rüdiger grew up in East Westphalia, accompanying his father and grandfather into the local hunting grounds from an early age. From small game hunting at home to his first international trips to Hungary, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, and England, his passion for hunting was kindled early on. At the age of 15, he trained his first hunting dog; by 20, his path led him to Africa. Since then, he has visited more than 80 countries and hunted on four continents – from mountain goats and Dall sheep in Canada to safaris across various African countries, and red stag hunts in New Zealand and Chile. As a member of the CIC (International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation), he is dedicated to supporting wildlife conservation and the sustainable use of natural resources through responsible hunting.
Growing together
Natalia became involved in hunting through Rüdiger — first as a companion, later as an active hunter with her own license, which she has held for more than ten years. International hunting experiences across several European and African countries have further strengthened her interest in hunting.
Today, we share not only a passion, but also a conviction: that hunting is a responsibility — to the animal, to nature, and to the generations that will follow.
The family as the centerpiece
As parents of four sons, we take great pride and joy in passing our passion for hunting on to the next generation. For us, hunting represents not only tradition and community, but also fundamental values such as respect for wildlife and nature, as well as the responsibility that comes with sustainable use and conservation. After all, what could be more meaningful than a passion that connects generations?
